Update: you can steal control of the ball now!

Rules update for the Football game. Players wanted to be able to steal control of the ball, not just wait for the ball to come their way for an interception. Makes sense! Added a die roll for this -- not elegant, but does the job. Considered increasing hand size, requiring a card play. But war-games use dice, so dice it is!
Would add a CRT if I had more space!
